To be eligible to purchase goods on this website and to lawfully enter into and form contracts on this Website under English law you must:

You warrant that the personal information which you are required to provide when you register as a customer is true, accurate and current in all respects.

Mitchell and Peach will refund unopened products in the condition they were sent. However, opened, damaged, or used products do not qualify for any sort of refund. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase please email farm@mitchellandpeach.com. Please return all goods within 14 days for a full refund, to Mitchell and Peach, Foxbury Farm, Stone Street, Nr Sevenoaks, Kent TN15 0LW, U.K.

Mitchell and Peach ships to most destinations within the EU. A £50 minimum order value (exclusive of shipping cost) applies to international orders.

We have tried to make our Online Store easy to navigate. The simplest way to buy products online from Mitchell and Peach is to:
- Click on ‘Shop Online’ from the main website menu.
- Choose the product that interests you.
- Add items to your shopping bag by clicking on the ‘Add to basket’ button.
- Review the items you have chosen in your basket. To delete an item from your basket, click on the 'Remove' button next to the item. To change the number of items of any type enter the desired number in the ‘Quantity’ box and click on 'Update'.
- To resume shopping after viewing your basket, click the 'Continue shopping' button at the bottom of the page. (Please be aware that items cannot be finally allocated to your order from stock until you have completed your check-out).
- Proceed to check-out and follow the instructions to finalise your purchases.

We accept Visa Credit, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro and Solo cards. An American Express facility will be available shortly.

Our site is as secure as we can make it. It has been developed by Skywire Ltd, a very experienced luxury goods retail site developer. It incorporates Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption technology. Mitchell and Peach does not hold your credit card details on its site. With most credit cards we also use a 3D security check such as Verified by Visa. This requires you to enter an additional password to confirm your identity when using your cards. To ensure you process orders securely you need to have SSL switched on in your browser. For Netscape click the Security icon on the tool bar and check the SSL2 & SSL3 boxes. For Internet Explorer, from the View menu find Internet Options, click the Advanced tab and check the SSL2 & SSL3 boxes. Further security information can be found within your browser. If SSL is enabled then you will see a padlock appear in your browser and you can click on this to find out information about the SSL digital certificate registration.

Mitchell and Peach does not currently take orders by phone. If you’re having difficulty ordering from our online store please email farm@mitchellandpeach.com.

After you place your order, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been received. This does not mean your order has been accepted by us. Once your credit has been approved, the receiving address has been verified, and the item has been located, your order will be accepted, the item shipped and you will receive an email confirming despatch. If items are out of stock you will receive a further email notifying you of the situation. If this occurs the full cost of the product is returned to your credit card account.

No. Due to shipping and security restrictions Mitchell and Peach requires a delivery address where our delivery service can get a signature upon delivery of your shipment.

During the checkout process, you will be asked to select the shipping address for your order. At this time, you can ship your online order to only one location. We realise that your order may include gifts that require shipping to several different locations. To do this you will be required to place separate orders for each address you wish to ship to.

We endeavour to despatch all orders within 48 hours, and will send you an email to confirm that your goods have left our distribution centre. Mitchell and Peach offers standard five working day delivery in the UK. For international orders, please allow eight working days. In many cases your purchases may arrive more quickly than this.

For UK deliveries (UK 2nd Class Royal Mail Recorded Delivery: £5.50
For deliveries to other EU countries: £15 (a £50 minimum order value applies, exclusive of shipping cost)
All shipping charges are inclusive of VAT and will be itemised before customers check out of the Online Store.

Prices in the Online Store are shown as UK VAT inclusive.

Mitchell and Peach does not offer a gift wrap service at this time.

Mitchell and Peach has arranged limited insurance against theft and accidental damage on merchandise in transit from our distribution centre to the delivery address. However this insurance is unlikely to cover the full replacement cost of the goods and customers should ensure that purchases are covered by the credit card provider.

Mitchell and Peach considers that the information you share with the company is private and confidential. At no point will we share, rent or sell your personal information without your consent. In order to register as a user at www.mitchellandpeach.com, we will need to know your name, mailing address and email address. In order to process credit card orders online, we will also need information including your billing address, shipping address, telephone number, credit card number and expiration date. We will use your billing and credit card information to process your order and inform you of its delivery. Mitchell and Peach does not keep your credit card details on its website, and these details are therefore protected from any breach of security at the Mitchell and Peach website. We may also use information we collect to inform you of new goods and services via emails.
