To be eligible to purchase goods on this website and to lawfully enter into and form contracts on this Website under English law you must:
a) be aged 18 or older; and
b) register to use the Website; and
c) be the holder of a valid debit/credit card. You warrant that the personal information which you are required to provide when you register as a customer is true, accurate and current in all respects.
To where does Mitchell and Peach ship?
Mitchell and Peach delivers worldwide (with the exception of Eau de Parfum and Eau de Toilette, which are UK only). Items must be signed for on delivery. We cannot deliver to PO boxes or to military bases.
How much will I be charged for shipping?
UK Standard delivery: Free.
UK Express: £5.50
International orders may be subject to customs taxes or delays while going through customs. These are beyond our control and the recipient of the order will be responsible for these charges. We are unable to deliver to military bases or PO boxes. All deliveries require a signature.
How do I make a purchase?
We have tried to make our Online Store easy to navigate. The simplest way to buy products online from Mitchell and Peach is to:
- Click on ‘Shop Online’ from the main website menu.
- Choose the product that interests you.
- Add items to your shopping bag by clicking on the ‘Add to basket’ button.
- Review the items you have chosen in your basket. To delete an item from your basket, click on the 'Remove' button next to the item. To change the number of items of any type enter the desired number in the ‘Quantity’ box and click on 'Update'.
- To resume shopping after viewing your basket, click the 'Continue shopping' button at the bottom of the page. (Please be aware that items cannot be finally allocated to your order from stock until you have completed your check-out).
- Proceed to check-out and follow the instructions to finalise your purchases.
What payment methods does Mitchell and Peach accept?
We accept Visa Credit, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, Solo and American Express cards.
Is it safe to use my credit card online at Mitchell and Peach?
Our site is as secure as we can make it. It has been developed by Skywire Ltd, a very experienced luxury goods retail site developer. It incorporates Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption technology. Mitchell and Peach does not hold your credit card details on its site. With most credit cards we also use a 3D security check such as Verified by Visa. This requires you to enter an additional password to confirm your identity when using your cards. To ensure you process orders securely you need to have SSL switched on in your browser. For Netscape click the Security icon on the tool bar and check the SSL2 & SSL3 boxes. For Internet Explorer, from the View menu find Internet Options, click the Advanced tab and check the SSL2 & SSL3 boxes. Further security information can be found within your browser. If SSL is enabled then you will see a padlock appear in your browser and you can click on this to find out information about the SSL digital certificate registration.
Can I order by phone?
Yes. Call 01732 810614 to order (00 44 1732 810614 for overseas callers). At busy times, you may be asked to leave a message and we’ll call you back as soon as possible to take your order.
How will I know you received my order?
After you place your order, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been received. If items are out of stock you will receive a further email notifying you of the situation. If this occurs the full cost of the product is returned to your credit card account.
How long does it take before my order is delivered?
We endeavor to dispatch all orders within one working day.
UK: If you select the 'Standard' delivery option, your delivery will arrive take 2-4 days. If you select the 'Express' option, they will arrive the next day (providing the order was placed before 2pm; otherwise the delivery will be made the following working day).
Europe: Items will be sent by courier and usually take 3 - 6 working days.
Worldwide: Items will be sent by courier and usually take 4-8 working days.
Orders may be subject to customs taxes or delays while going through customs. These are beyond our control and the recipient of the order will be responsible for these charges.
Can I use a Post Office Box as a delivery address?
No. Due to shipping and security restrictions Mitchell and Peach requires a delivery address where our delivery service can get a signature upon delivery of your shipment.
Does Mitchell and Peach ship to multiple addresses?
During the checkout process, you will be asked to select the shipping address for your order. At this time, you can ship your online order to only one location. We realise that your order may include gifts that require shipping to several different locations. To do this you will be required to place separate orders for each address you wish to ship to.
How are duties and taxes calculated?
For orders delivered within the European Union, the prices shown are inclusive of VAT (Value Added Tax) at the current UK rate. The VAT amount will be clearly itemised on your invoice.
Orders delivered outside the European Union will not be subject to VAT and the amount payable will be adjusted accordingly.
In some cases delivery may be subject to local import duties, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Does Mitchell and Peach offer a gift wrapping service?
Yes. Your order can be enclosed in a Mitchell and Peach Gift Bag (£4) or packed in a Mitchell and Peach Gift Box (£6). Both options include a hand-written gift card, if required. Pre-packed Gift Sets do not require a Gift Box, as one it already included.
Is my purchase insured?
Mitchell and Peach has arranged limited insurance against theft and accidental damage on merchandise in transit from our distribution centre to the delivery address. However this insurance is unlikely to cover the full replacement cost of the goods and customers should ensure that purchases are covered by the credit card provider.
Is my personal information kept private?
Mitchell and Peach considers that the information you share with the company is private and confidential. At no point will we share, rent or sell your personal information without your consent. In order to register as a user at www.mitchellandpeach.com, we will need to know your name, mailing address and email address. In order to process credit card orders online, we will also need information including your billing address, shipping address, telephone number, credit card number and expiration date. We will use your billing and credit card information to process your order and inform you of its delivery. Mitchell and Peach does not keep your credit card details on its website, and these details are therefore protected from any breach of security at the Mitchell and Peach website. We may also use information we collect to inform you of new goods and services via emails. If you do not wish to receive these emails, please send an email message to email@example.com

Causes beyond Control
Neither you nor Mitchell and Peach will be held liable for any failure to perform any obligation to the other due to causes beyond your or Mitchell and Peach’s respective reasonable control.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
If the goods you receive from our website are faulty or damaged we will offer a full refund or exchange. In the first instance please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the details.
Damaged items: The damaged product will be replaced with the same item or, if stocks are no longer available, an alternative product will be offered. Should a replacement not be required we will refund the cost of the damaged products. Please note that we may require photographic evidence of the damage to the goods or, in more severe cases, we may choose to collect the damaged products from you for inspection.
Faulty items: Where goods are believed to be faulty, please notify us by email of your intention to return the goods. All goods believed to be faulty will be required for inspection. Please allow an investigation time of approximately 4 weeks after receipt of your item.
Returns Procedure: All returns should be wrapped securely in the same packaging in which the items were originally received, with the order number displayed on the exterior. Please note that our stockists are unable to accept returns made from purchases on our website. Our return address is: Returns, Mitchell and Peach, Foxbury Farm, Stone Street, Kent TN15 0LW, UK. We recommend that returns are made via traceable delivery and that proof of postage is obtained.
Where a refund is due, this will be processed onto the credit or debit card with which the purchase was made, within 2-5 working days from the date the returned goods are received. Refunds may take 5-7 working days to show on an account, depending on the bank.
How are exchange rates calculated?
Purchases on our site are made in British Pounds (£). The exchange rate for purchases made with credit or debit cards from banks outside the UK will be calculated automatically in real-time. Your account will be debited in your local currency accordingly.
